CHICAGO -- Camping World/FreedomRoads, the nation’s largest RV and outdoor retailer, today announced that it has officially acquired Village RV in Roseville, Calif.

The highly visible facility is located at 1039 Orlando Avenue, just off of Interstate 80. Village RV will partner and share resources with the Camping World SuperCenter located just a few miles North in Rocklin. With over 8,000 SKUs available ranging from basic camping and outdoor accessories to hard to find RV parts; the full service, state-of-the-art store provides customers with all of their RV, outdoor, camping accessory and service needs.

Chairman and CEO of Camping World / FreedomRoads Marcus Lemonis commented, “We are very excited about this acquisition. Village RV is and will continue to be the number one RV sales and service dealer in the marketplace.” Lemonis added, “The added benefit is that Village RV and their management team will serve as the anchor of the Northern California market and this bodes well for the upcoming SuperCenter openings of Vacaville (relocation of Fairfield), Redding & Reno. These locations will follow the new model of Camping World which will include RV sales.

Village RV will continue to be operated by current co-owner Jim Wagner, who will also assume the role of Northern California market manager. “We are thrilled to join the Camping World/FreedomRoads network. This is a perfect partnership that will not only benefit our associates but also our loyal customers,” said Wagner.
