I received this book for Christmas and really enjoyed it.

It's tagline is "A Little Story About A Powerful Business Idea." The authors use a parable-like story to outline the five laws of stratospheric success.

It starts with a guy named Joe who seemed to work very hard every quarter only to fall short of his goals. In a last-ditch attempt to save the quarter, Joe goes to visit one of the most successful businessmen in his area. The businessman agrees to mentor Joe for one week to help him discover some important business truths. But there was a catch.

Joe had to implement the new lesson every day on the day he met with his mentor. If he failed to do so, future meetings would stop. That was the only condition set up by his mentor -- that he actually apply the law to his life.

The book takes Joe on a journey as he meets one successful business person after another who shares with him a little "secret." In the end, Joe comes to realize what's missing in his approach to work and life.

The book is only 127 pages, but it reads very quickly in less than two hours.

I recommend it to anyone looking for a little light reading with a positive message and some truth about giving, serving, receiving and being authentic.
